Job Description

Legal Administrative Assistant for a remote law practice supporting attorneys with scheduling, client intake, and document management. Role requires organization and communication skills in a legal environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the attorney’s calendar.
  • Schedule meetings, calls, and deadlines accurately.
  • Handle client intake processes and gather initial information.
  • Answer and return client calls during afternoon coverage hours.
  • Organize and maintain case files within Google Workspace.
  • Assist with preparation of basic legal documents and correspondence.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to case management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support, legal assistance, or professional services preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience with client intake or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal workflows or document preparation is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace tools.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
