Job Description
Florida Licensed Business Law Attorney providing telephonic consultations for business law. Flexible part-time contractor role focusing on diverse legal topics remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote telephonic consultations for Business Law Department
- Advise individuals, families, and small businesses on business matters, property issues, estate planning, civil disputes, employment concerns, and family law questions
Requirements:
- Active Florida Bar license (required)
- Availability for 20–30 hours per week
- Confidence handling diverse legal topics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliability and professionalism in a remote environment
- A solutions-oriented, client-first approach
