Job Description

Legal assistant specializing in Kanzleimanagement and administration at a law firm focusing on modern technology. Support in digitizing and optimizing legal processes with excellent teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • You help bring the world of legal services into the 21st century
  • Support attorneys and corporate lawyers in handling ongoing matters
  • Responsible for calculating and monitoring key deadlines and dates
  • Coordinate and manage all firm correspondence and handle the digital incoming mail
  • Take on a variety of tasks within the areas of employment, social and tax law
  • Independently complete required formal and administrative casework
  • Contribute to continuous process optimization, bring forward your own ideas and participate in cross-functional projects

Requirements:

  • You have completed vocational training as a legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Very good German language skills (native or equivalent), both written and spoken
  • Meticulous and precise working style
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks
  • Reliability and self‑initiative
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed on complex topics
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Desire for continuous personal development, curiosity and actively seeking feedback
