Job Description
Legal assistant specializing in Kanzleimanagement and administration at a law firm focusing on modern technology. Support in digitizing and optimizing legal processes with excellent teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- You help bring the world of legal services into the 21st century
- Support attorneys and corporate lawyers in handling ongoing matters
- Responsible for calculating and monitoring key deadlines and dates
- Coordinate and manage all firm correspondence and handle the digital incoming mail
- Take on a variety of tasks within the areas of employment, social and tax law
- Independently complete required formal and administrative casework
- Contribute to continuous process optimization, bring forward your own ideas and participate in cross-functional projects
Requirements:
- You have completed vocational training as a legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Very good German language skills (native or equivalent), both written and spoken
- Meticulous and precise working style
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliability and self‑initiative
- Ability to quickly get up to speed on complex topics
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Desire for continuous personal development, curiosity and actively seeking feedback
