Job Description
Part-time legal intern supporting contracts and legal research for THE·TEAM’s sports talent representation and marketing services. Earning law school credit during a January–April 2027 internship.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and edit sponsorship/endorsement, appearance, and content creation agreements
- Research and analyze specific legal questions
- Draft memos and opinions presenting search results, recommendations, and conclusions across legal areas
- Work closely with all members of the legal department in offices across the company
Requirements:
- Current 2L or 3L at an ABA-approved US law school
- Must be eligible to receive law school credit for the internship
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to ask questions and learn
- Unparalleled attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Word/redlining is helpful
- No previous sports/entertainment industry experience necessary
- Time commitment expectation of 20 hours per week
- Runs from January 26, 2027 – April 30, 2027
