Job Description

Legal Operations Administrator performing legal administrative duties and supporting process improvements for pharmaceutical operations. Enhancing operational efficiency across legal functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform legal administration activities
  • Support process improvements
  • Identify operational efficiency opportunities across the legal function
  • Manage Legal Teams channel and filing site for information access
  • Support Chief Legal Officer’s direct reports with meeting scheduling and expense reports
  • Support legal department projects and initiatives
  • Oversee relationships with external counsel and legal vendors
  • Monitor legal spend and budgeting initiatives
  • Ensure legal operations align with pharmaceutical compliance standards and industry regulations
  • Act as a liaison between legal and other departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in legal administration with some operational experience
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Project management skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in legal tech platforms (e.g., CLM (ECMS/iCertis), e-billing, Oracle, SAP, Workday, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
