Job Description
Legal Operations Administrator performing legal administrative duties and supporting process improvements for pharmaceutical operations. Enhancing operational efficiency across legal functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform legal administration activities
- Support process improvements
- Identify operational efficiency opportunities across the legal function
- Manage Legal Teams channel and filing site for information access
- Support Chief Legal Officer’s direct reports with meeting scheduling and expense reports
- Support legal department projects and initiatives
- Oversee relationships with external counsel and legal vendors
- Monitor legal spend and budgeting initiatives
- Ensure legal operations align with pharmaceutical compliance standards and industry regulations
- Act as a liaison between legal and other departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in legal administration with some operational experience
- Experience in process improvement
- Project management skills
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in legal tech platforms (e.g., CLM (ECMS/iCertis), e-billing, Oracle, SAP, Workday, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
