Job Description
Legal Specialist handling commercial disputes for NEON, a Berlin commercial law firm focused on litigation and transactions. Drafting pleadings and independently attending client and court appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients ranging from start-ups to DAX-listed companies and private individuals in commercial disputes
- Work independently on mandates to a significant extent
- Handle cases with recurring warranty law issues
- Draft pleadings
- Attend client and court appointments independently
- Explore and work on legal topics, particularly liability, competition, and corporate law
Requirements:
- Excellent academic credentials (honours degree)
- At least 1 year of professional experience following the 2nd state examination
- Creative and independent working style
- Interest in a wide range of legal topics, particularly liability, competition, and corporate law
- Ability to think outside the box and work in a team
