Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing remote behavioral health care. Collaborating with care teams and conducting therapy sessions independently for community mental health organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality behavioral health care within a supported care model
- Conduct therapy sessions independently
- Collaborate with care teams for effective patient treatment
- Utilize telehealth platforms for therapy and clinical documentation
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC)
- 3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
- Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
- Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
- Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
- Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
