Job Description

Licensed therapist providing Spanish-speaking outpatient telehealth care through Brave Health, expanding access to mental health treatment. Conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely
  • Provide treatment to patients across the lifespan
  • Work approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
  • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
  • Partner with clients to achieve goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments
  • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

Requirements:

  • Master's level degree and licensure
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Cannot rely on temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses
  • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements
  • Fluency in English
  • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
  • Treatment planning skills
  • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
  • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
  • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
  • Current full/independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or an equivalent listed credential
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses when required
  • Ability to complete approximately 30 client care hours per week
  • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder

  • $80k-$89k base salary
