Job Description
LMSW providing virtual therapy and biopsychosocial assessments for Assurasource, a mental health services provider. Developing treatment plans and documentation under LCSW-S supervision across Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual individual therapy sessions for clients across Texas, under LCSW-S supervision
- Conduct biopsychosocial intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes, co-signed by supervising LCSW-S
- Apply evidence-based interventions such as CBT and trauma-informed care
- Collaborate with your supervising LCSW-S and care team to support client outcomes and progress toward full LCSW licensure
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Active Texas LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) license.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant clinical records.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Some prior therapy experience, including telehealth counseling, is preferred.
- Exposure to conducting biopsychosocial intake assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong clinical documentation skills.
- Knowledge of CBT, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
