Job Description
Clinical Supervisor providing LPC, MFT, or LCSW supervision and telehealth care. Thriveworks delivers clinician-led mental health services to Colorado clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians
- Provide weekly group supervision
- Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours
- Provide a minimum of approximately 7 supervision hours per week, depending on resident caseload size
- Maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of client availability per week
- Provide documentation oversight
- Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development
- Complete weekly documentation evidencing supervision sessions
- Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns
- Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance issues
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth and face-to-face care to Colorado patients
- Use telehealth and EHR tools to support clinical care
Requirements:
- Independently licensed and living in Colorado — LPC, MFT, or LCSW
- Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the specified Colorado location with LPC, MFT, or LCSW license
- Must reside permanently within the state of Colorado
- Active license in good standing
- Meets state regulatory requirements for providing supervision
- Maintains required license and certifications necessary to provide supervision to license-in-process individuals
- Active credentialing with required Incident-to panels within Colorado
- LPC: active, unrestricted Colorado LPC license
- LPC: 3 years or 3,000 hours of post-graduate clinical experience as a counselor, plus qualifying clinical supervision training/certification/doctorate alternatives
- MFT: active, unrestricted Colorado MFT license
- MFT: must supervise MFTC candidate
- LCSW: active, unrestricted Colorado LCSW license
- Consistent availability to clients
- Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR tools
- Willing to maintain at least 10 hours per week of clinical availability
- Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
- Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
