Job Description
Licensed therapist providing virtual individual and family therapy to Oklahoma youth. Conducting assessments, treatment planning, and telehealth care with multidisciplinary support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week
- Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Oklahoma
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators
- Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
- Support children and families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care
- Create your own schedule while using employer-provided referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing
Requirements:
- Active Oklahoma independent license (LPC or LCSW)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a strong passion for serving this population
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
- Availability primarily on weekday afternoons and evenings (2:00–9:00 PM EST); weekend availability welcomed
- Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians strongly encouraged to apply
