Job Description
Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing teletherapy services to children, teens, and families in Illinois. Seeking bilingual clinicians to join our mission-driven team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
- Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments
- Develop culturally responsive, client-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
- Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
Requirements:
- Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience serving children, teens, and families
- Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
