Job Description
Litigation Attorney handling complex workers’ compensation cases for ICW Group. Provide legal advice and represent the company in various courts and administrative orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation cases
- Provide litigation services for assigned Workers’ Compensation matters
- Manage the legal process from investigation to trial prep
- Represent ICW Group in various courts and administrative boards
- Analyze legal and factual issues and develop defense strategies
- Provide accurate legal analysis and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
