Job Description
Litigation Paralegal responsible for end-to-end case management and drafting legal documents. Work independently in a remote setting with a focus on complex litigation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general case management, including maintaining case calendars, tracking deadlines, and organizing case files
- Draft various litigation documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas
- Execute electronic filing of documents with both state and federal Arizona courts
- Assist with trial readiness by preparing exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial binders
- Maintain professional communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Coordinate document production and review processes
- Actively schedule, calendar/docket, and monitor all relevant case deadlines
- Contribute to team success by assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience specifically as a litigation paralegal
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
- Experience with legal case management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and strong attention to detail
- Superior time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Must be an articulate, self-confident problem solver
