Job Description
Abteilungsleitung für Schulbegleitung bei GFI, einem sozialen Inklusionsunternehmen. Aufbau und Führung von Teams sowie Sicherung pädagogischer Qualität und Kundenbindung.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop the team of school support staff, including staff selection and case assignment
- Assume professional responsibility and ensure continuous quality assurance for the educational services provided
- Provide appreciative, goal-oriented guidance and leadership to up to 44 employees
- Contribute to planning, development, and conceptual work
- Conduct networking activities and maintain contacts with school principals, teachers/educators, parents, and funding agencies
- Collaborate at management level with managing directors and site managers operating nationwide
- Take responsibility for the professional, content-related, and business-management aspects of team leadership
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in education or a related field, such as social pedagogy, social work, or social management (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent diploma), or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of professional experience working with children, adolescents, or people with disabilities
- Strong, diplomatic communication skills across a range of professional levels
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Books VIII and IX of the German Social Code (SGB VIII and SGB IX)
- Charismatic personality and persuasive communication style
- Ability to inspire and motivate people
- Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development and make a meaningful impact
- Submission of a résumé, degree certificate and transcript, as well as relevant employment references
