Job Description

Licensed mental health professionals providing virtual counseling and assessments through a U.S. telehealth practice. Managing treatment plans, documentation, and coordinated client care.

Responsibilities:

  • Join us as we expand our online counseling platform; provide the clinical expertise while the company handles operational support
  • Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide medication management services for clients as appropriate
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, and current state licensure
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions
  • Minimum commitment of 12+ hours per week
  • Maintain consistent weekly availability
  • Evening and weekend availability is a plus but not required
