Job Description
Licensed mental health professionals providing virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling through a U.S. telehealth practice. Conducting assessments, treatment planning, and coordinated care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical expertise while the company manages operational support
- Build a full clinical caseload through consistent referrals within the first 30–90 days
- Conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide medication management services for clients as appropriate
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and legal requirements
- Contribute to the development of unique counseling offerings based on expertise and interests
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology for virtual sessions
- Minimum commitment of 12+ hours per week
- Consistent weekly availability
- Evening and weekend availability is a plus but not required
