Job Description
ManageEngine Consultant assessing and optimizing ManageEngine environments for clients. Delivering strategic guidance to leverage ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and related modules.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, optimize, and provide strategic guidance for an established ManageEngine environment.
- Evaluate current configurations, identify gaps, and deliver recommendations to help the client fully leverage ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (SDP), Endpoint Central, and upcoming CMDB and Change Management capabilities.
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing ManageEngine deployment.
- Assess current usage and configuration of Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus (SDP).
- Review and streamline complex onboarding workflows, including multi-ticket employee onboarding processes.
- Identify gaps between current configuration and ManageEngine best practices.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand operational pain points and business goals.
- Deliver a high-level assessment report outlining current-state findings, configuration gaps, and risks, along with actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience implementing, administering, or consulting on ManageEngine platforms.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceDesk Plus (SDP) and Endpoint Central.
- Experience configuring or optimizing CMDB and Change Management modules.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, asset, and service management).
- Experience assessing legacy or under-optimized ManageEngine environments.
- Ability to quickly evaluate complex workflows and recommend practical improvements.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
