Job Description
Management Trainee in Sales and Communication for a fully remote company based in Germany. Focused on customer acquisition and development of sales skills through mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new customers: Identifying and approaching potential business partners and clients
- Qualified appointment setting: Scheduling appointments based on identified buying criteria
- Lead management: Independently managing and nurturing leads, including follow-up processes
- Customer-value-oriented sales: Put the prospect at the center and determine what is truly needed to provide value
