Job Description
Manager, Financial Information Systems optimizing financial systems landscape at Ryan, supporting operational excellence through technology. Collaborating across Finance and IT while leading a team for high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimization, support, and evolution of financial systems landscape
- Drive operational excellence across Finance through technology
- Act as a liaison between Finance and IT
- Lead and motivate team members for high-quality results
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support resources
- Support acquisition-related system onboarding and integration efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Workday supports strategic financial goals
- Manage integrations and data flows between Workday and third-party tools
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing or supporting financial systems
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience
- Experience with Concur and High Radius tools is highly desirable
- At least 1 year leading projects, workstreams, or small technical/functional teams
- Strong understanding of financial processes and controls
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-driven environment is a plus
