Job Description
Finance Assistant managing financial control tasks in a growing veterinary clinic. Fully remote opportunity available for candidates in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Daily reconciliation of card transactions, PIX (instant payments) and bank statements
- Verification of amounts received vs. system records
- Recording financial entries for receipts and payments
- Updating spreadsheets and reports
- Maintaining cash flow
- Reviewing billing against services provided
- Monitoring and updating cash flow
Requirements:
- Intermediate Excel
- Bank reconciliation
- Cash flow management
- Financial postings/entries
- Administrative or financial experience (preferred)
