Job Description
Manager of iGaming Operations defining personalized player experiences across multiple brands and enhancing engagement. Collaborating with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to drive innovative strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the strategy for personalized player experiences across our Casino and Golden Nugget brands.
- Own the performance of the on-site player journey by establishing key performance indicators.
- Develop and evolve merchandising strategies using customer segmentation and lifecycle insights.
- Partner with the Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Lead a rigorous experimentation strategy by identifying opportunities and scaling successful experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless cross-platform customer experiences.
- Shape the future of the casino experience by bringing new capabilities to market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in iGaming, online gaming, or another digital consumer business.
- Strong understanding of casino operations, lobby strategy, and customer engagement.
- Proven experience developing personalization, merchandising, or customer experience strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience partnering across Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
