Job Description
AVP of Launch Operations managing and coordinating ETF launches in a fast-paced environment at Tidal Financial Group. Ensuring timely delivery with best-in-class client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex, overlapping ETF launch timelines
- Develop, maintain, and refine detailed project plans
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners
- Serve as a key client-facing point of contact
- Facilitate client kickoff calls and ongoing working sessions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role in financial services
- Exposure to ETFs, mutual funds, or investment company operations
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of ETF operational workflows and cross-functional dependencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management tools preferred
