Job Description
Intern role in Digital Marketing Technology & Analytics at digitalagenten specializing in online marketing. Support web maintenance, analytics, and marketing automation processes.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the technical maintenance and ongoing development of our websites (including WordPress, CMS adjustments, and plugin integration)
- You will analyze the performance of our websites and social media channels using SEO and tracking data
- You will conduct systematic keyword and competitor analyses and derive optimization recommendations
- You will implement tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite) and analyze the resulting data
- You will assist in automating marketing processes (e.g., email marketing, campaign tracking)
- You will ensure the technical quality of content — from load speed and usability to accessibility
- You will design reports and dashboards that provide insights into reach, conversions, and audience
Requirements:
- You are a enrolled student in a relevant degree program (e.g., Media Informatics, Business Informatics, Data Science, Marketing Engineering, or similar)
- You have technical interest and ideally initial experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic knowledge of web analytics or SEO tools is an advantage
- You bring an analytical, solution-oriented mindset and enjoy understanding and optimizing technical processes
- Structured working methods and the ability to present complex data clearly characterize you
- Very good written and spoken German complete your profile
