Job Description

Manufacturing Project Coordinator supporting various Manufacturing Services projects in electrical distribution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports various Manufacturing Services projects from initial request for quotation through to completion and customer invoicing.
  • Works closely with the OEM business and cross-functional teams to help coordinate schedules, ensure requirements are understood, and assist in keeping projects on track.
  • Communicates effectively with internal teams such as sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics to help ensure customer expectations are clearly communicated and met.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred; or the equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, quoting, or sales support; experience with electrical products or utility systems a plus.
  • General understanding of product types and applications is helpful.
  • Ability to read basic drawings and interpret technical information with guidance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP, or other ERP experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
