Job Description

Consultor de Projetos de Marketing fazendo reuniões de consultoria personalizada com empresas. Trabalhando remotamente e ajudando clientes a implementarem práticas de vendas eficazes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customized consulting meetings on our company's VPI (Sales by Referral) Method, ensuring clients understand and implement best practices to maximize results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring goals and objectives are met throughout the project.
  • Monitor progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of client deliverables, ensuring proposed solutions align with each company's expectations and specific needs.
  • Keep all client information up to date in the CRM and project minutes, and prepare analytical reports on client progress and consultancy outcomes.
  • Play a key role in building and maintaining the business by making daily contacts to keep projects moving and assisting clients with any questions.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure an integrated approach aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and project management, preferably in consulting.
  • Familiarity with a variety of acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience optimizing acquisition channels, including A/B testing, data analysis, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to understand each client's specific needs and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical, data-driven skills: experience in data analysis and interpreting relevant metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing campaign performance.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, building strong relationships with clients and team members.
