Job Description

Marketing Assistant supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns and ensuring brand consistency at TEKenable. Gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Content Creation: Draft and edit marketing materials, including social media posts, video, newsletters, and basic design tasks.
  • Social Media: Assist in content creation and report on performance metrics.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organise meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain marketing files and databases.
  • Event Coordination: Support logistics for webinars, trade shows, and internal events.
  • Reporting: Compile campaign performance data and assist in preparing reports.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • B2B marketing exposure: Minimum of 12 months in a business-to-business marketing role, with practical knowledge of campaign execution, lead generation, and content creation.
  • WordPress expertise (essential): Confident in managing, updating, and optimising websites to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Video creation skills: Ability to produce professional-quality videos for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
  • Social media proficiency: Experience managing platforms such as LinkedIn to build engagement and brand awareness.
  • Marketing automation tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Marketing or Salesforce Marketing to support campaign execution.
  • Design tools: Competence with online design platforms (e.g., Canva) to create visually appealing graphics and maintain brand consistency.
  • Organisational ability: Skilled at managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
