Job Description
Marketing Associate at Espresa supporting B2B campaigns and content creation. Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update:
- Sales decks, one-pagers, and white papers
- Case study layouts
- Social graphics
- Event and webinar assets
- Support video by developing assets, thumbnails, and graphics
- Apply Espresa’s brand guidelines consistently across all materials
- Jump in quickly to support internal teams with:
- Deck edits
- Demo assets (design)
- One-off graphics
- Enablement asset updates
- Landing page tweaks
- Assist with:
- Slide formatting
- Event and webinar landing page updates
- Promotional graphics
- Post-event asset distribution
- Help draft:
- Social captions
- Event blurbs
- Email snippets
- Light original writing for learning or internal use
- Format blogs and marketing content for publishing
- Repurpose content across channels to extend campaign reach
- Make basic updates to:
- Landing pages
- Resource libraries
- Forms and links
- Support SEO hygiene and digital content cleanup
- Support light campaign setup, lead uploads, and asset tracking
- Learn how pipeline, attribution, and lifecycle marketing work together over time
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, communications, or a related field
- Comfortable with tools like:
- Canva
- Adobe suite
- Microsoft suite
- Basic CMS platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Curious, proactive, and excited to learn
- Thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Enjoy variety, quick wins, and creative problem-solving
