Job Description

Marketing Consultant focusing on retail media strategy and growth for Overline. Supporting clients in developing structured, client-facing strategies and executing retail transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis.
  • Translate client inputs into structured analyses and opportunity frameworks.
  • Develop clear articulation of how RMNs must serve brand objectives.
  • Ground recommendations in commercial and financial logic.
  • Own defined workstreams across Retail Media strategy.
  • Build supporting analyses, financial models, and executive-ready materials.
  • Support workshop preparation and executive presentations.
  • Contribute to proposal development and research for new business.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years in retail media, strategy consulting, commercial strategy, or related roles.
  • Experience working within a Retail Media Network (retailer-side).
  • Experience on the sell-side of retail media.
  • Hands-on experience in retail media execution and/or strategy.
  • Strong understanding of grocery and/or mass retail media networks.
  • Preferred experience with major RMNs such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision.
  • Additional capabilities such as strong analytical skills and ability to communicate clearly.
