Job Description

Customer Success Manager for JoomPulse, fostering client relationships and enhancing user satisfaction. Driving product adoption and retention in e-commerce analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with customer needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Create detailed reports, analyses, and recommendations based on JoomPulse data for our customers
  • Lead regular meetings with customers and conduct ongoing product training sessions
  • Drive growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while continuously improving NPS and success KPIs
  • Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and the technical adoption of our data tools

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with sellers, brands, or stores on marketplaces as a consultant or analyst
  • Advanced knowledge of key e-commerce metrics and marketplace specifics for merchants and brands
  • Demonstrated ability to turn raw data and charts into structured business logic and clear narratives
  • AI-friendly mindset with practical experience using AI tools for task automation
  • Proven track record conducting in-depth product, design, and problem interviews
  • Hands-on experience with customer retention and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients
  • Minimum intermediate level of English; fluent in Portuguese
  • Preferably experience working with analytical tools similar to JoomPulse
