Job Description
SHK-Meister zum Aufbau eines eigenen Handwerksbetriebs mit HW Gründerkapital. Ausführung von Kundenaufträgen auf Baustellen mit digitaler Unterstützung für Betrieb und Verwaltung.
Responsibilities:
- Build and run your own plumbing, heating and HVAC business
- Work on construction sites
- Complete customer projects
- Deliver customer-focused service
- Take responsibility for your own business
- Work with HW Gründerkapital on customer acquisition, administration, quotations, estimating, bookkeeping, payroll and purchasing
Requirements:
- Master craftsman qualification or experienced senior technician in plumbing, heating and HVAC
- Practical experience
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Willingness to build and operate your own business
