Job Description

Media Buyer managing paid campaigns across Meta and Google for high-growth eCommerce companies. Collaborating with creatives and account managers to drive performance and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Work closely with creatives and account managers
  • Own performance across a portfolio of high-growth brands
  • Identify gaps, run tests, and drive results
  • Build, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta
  • Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA to surface what's working
  • Run Paid Search and Display campaigns
  • Dig into keyword performance, audience segmentation, and impression share
  • Turn performance data into clear, actionable insights for clients
  • Help account managers tell a compelling story to clients
  • Audit post-click experience — landing pages, mobile vs. desktop, upsells — and flag what needs attention

Requirements:

  • 2+ years managing paid accounts with budgets of $100K+/month
  • Strong hands-on Meta Ads experience; Google Ads a strong plus
  • Deep fluency in performance metrics: CTR, CPM, CVR, CPA, ROAS
  • High agency — you drive projects forward, communicate blockers, and propose solutions
  • Comfortable owning client relationships and leading meetings
  • Strong written communication and remote discipline
  • Bonus points for TikTok or YouTube Ads experience, agency background, creative testing frameworks, or managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
