Job Description
Mental Health Therapist providing evidence-based telehealth services to clients in Massachusetts. Seeking licensed professionals for flexible remote work with high earning potential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based treatment to clients, primarily via telehealth.
- Conduct mental health assessments, individual, group, and family therapy.
- Deliver counseling, referrals, and intervention services tailored to client needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
- Active LICSW or LMFT in Massachusetts.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic technical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, PDF documentation).
- Secure, private workspace with reliable internet and equipment for telehealth.
- Experience with EMDR, evidence-based practices, or telehealth preferred.
