Job Description
Project Manager overseeing project portfolio and ensuring timely delivery for Evertec, a tech company focused on financial solutions. Managing risks and supporting digital transformation initiatives across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project portfolio, ensuring deliveries within established timelines, budgets and quality standards;
- Develop and advance project governance and management methodologies (PMO);
- Conduct risk analyses, proposing and tracking mitigation plans;
- Act as a link between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and data-driven decision-making;
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports for leadership;
- Support digital transformation initiatives, contributing to process optimization and the implementation of innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management and PMO roles, preferably within financial conglomerates;
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
- Experience with financial systems, regulatory aspects and banking compliance;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Leadership, influence and the ability to operate in dynamic corporate environments;
- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or similar;
- Experience in digital transformation projects within the banking sector;
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, MS Project and Power BI.
