Job Description

Join a growing marketing agency as a Traffic Manager focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Drive performance and collaborate with teams for impactful campaign strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate strategic insights for the client and the internal team
  • Manage media budgets and propose investment adjustments
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting results and recommendations
  • Work side by side with content, design, and sales teams, ensuring alignment across marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of performance metrics
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative profile
  • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Intermediate English
  • Will stand out if you have:
