Job Description
Join a growing marketing agency as a Traffic Manager focusing on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Drive performance and collaborate with teams for impactful campaign strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Analyze performance metrics and generate strategic insights for the client and the internal team
- Manage media budgets and propose investment adjustments
- Participate in client meetings, presenting results and recommendations
- Work side by side with content, design, and sales teams, ensuring alignment across marketing efforts
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience with paid traffic (Meta Ads and Google Ads)
- Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of performance metrics
- Good communication skills and a collaborative profile
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Intermediate English
- Will stand out if you have:
- Experience running campaigns in the insurance, health plans, or other highly competitive industries
- Knowledge of CRO and conversion funnels
- Familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems
