Job Description
Middle PR Manager at appflame to boost C-Suite visibility and manage media relationships for Taimi, an LGBTQ+ dating app.
Responsibilities:
- Boost C-Suite visibility by securing media opportunities to increase executive presence in top-tier outlets.
- Build & maintain media relationships by cultivating strong connections with journalists, editors, and key media figures.
- Craft high-impact content – write media pitches, op-eds, guest essays, and thought leadership pieces that amplify executive messaging.
- Leverage social media – develop and manage Taimi brand and executive social media strategies, ensuring a strong and engaging presence across key platforms.
- Oversee PR & social media metrics – monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of PR, executive communication, and social media efforts.
Requirements:
- Have experience crafting executive messaging, speeches, and media content.
- Know how to build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.
- Can write clear, engaging content that resonates with different audiences.
- Understand how to position executives as thought leaders on social media.
- Are comfortable managing high-stakes communications, including crisis responses.
- Stay on top of media trends, industry shifts, and competitor activity.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities.
- Experience with Tier-1 Media is an advantage.
- Experience managing executive social media accounts and thought leadership strategies is an advantage.
- Ability to craft compelling op-eds and guest essays for high-profile publications is an advantage.
