Job Description
Customer service representative in remote role offering Vivo products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and offer products and services according to their needs
- Promote Vivo's products and services with the goal of growing our customer base
- Explain the benefits of consolidating all telecommunications and digital services on a single bill
- Assess customers' needs and offer products and services suited to each profile
- Create customer interest in subscribing to our products and services
- Expand customers' connectivity options through the sale of digital services
- Ensure the best possible customer experience at every interaction
- Recommend changes to service procedures and corrections to our processes
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Strong creative thinking and ability to turn a problem-resolution interaction into a sales opportunity
- Ability to communicate in a relaxed and informal manner
- Be resilient, organized, and able to manage your targets
- Good listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs
- Interest in technology
- View change as an opportunity
- Contribute to a positive work environment
- Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office is essential
- High school diploma required
- Home internet connection required (minimum 300 Mbps)
- Full availability to work a 6 hour 20 minute shift rotation (Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Monday), between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM
