Job Description
Junior Lawyer role at Gabardo e Terra Advogados Associados focusing on Judicial Recovery for banks/creditors. Involves litigation, consulting, and client services in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Litigation and advisory work on a portfolio of plaintiff and defendant actions in banking law, defending the interests of a financial institution in Judicial Recovery cases.
- Drafting legal opinions
- Responding to legal inquiries
- Filing pleadings
- Case monitoring
- Handling assignments in chambers and at courts
- Conducting hearings
- Preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Exclusive dedication (no concurrent employment)
- Current registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney in Judicial Recovery representing banks/creditors
- Proven specialization in Corporate Law and/or Judicial Recovery
- Proactive attitude
- Analytical skills
- Tenacity
- Comfortable using cloud-based platforms and work tools.
Benefits:
- Fixed salary: R$ 3,200
- Year-end bonus equal to one month’s salary
