Job Description
Japanese voice contributor recording natural simulated support calls for CrowdGen's voice AI. Completing QA-approved sessions remotely on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Record short, one-sided phone calls in Japanese to help build more natural voice AI
- Record solo calls on the secure platform, pausing where the agent would respond
- Speak naturally while simulating calls to a bank, telco, or retailer
- Submit basic metadata after each call
- Complete 4–10 QA-approved sessions for payment
Requirements:
- Native Japanese speaker
- 18+
- Can read and follow short instructions in Japanese
- Own an iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, or 17 Pro Max
- Have a quiet indoor space to record
- Can complete 4–10 calls, each 1–2 minutes (5 minutes max)
- Can spread calls out: no more than 3 per day, at least 3 hours apart, at different times of day across several days
- Comfortable improvising a natural, unscripted call that follows a 6-step flow
- Will use only fake names and account or order numbers
- Willing to be recorded, give recorded consent, sign an NDA, and follow project guidelines
