Job Description
Consultant responsible for implementing NetSuite systems and managing business process discovery. Working with diverse teams to enhance operational efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a data migration plan
- Participate in business process discovery efforts with business users to understand their immediate needs, identify gaps with our current systems, design and propose solutions, and develop high-level and detailed process flows.
- Configure NetSuite following the SuiteSuccess methodology, propose workarounds for gaps, and write functional specifications to translate business requirements into features to be developed or configured by the development team, always ensuring end-to-end solution alignment.
- Prepare use cases and test scripts; perform quality assurance, unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing; and work with business users to coordinate final testing and deployment.
- Document best practices, prepare training materials, and deliver training.
Requirements:
- Experience working with NetSuite ERP
- Experience with the SuiteSuccess methodology
- Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- Experience as an IT/Business consultant
- Language skills: English, full professional proficiency
- Multicultural experience with third-party logistics partners
Benefits:

- System integration experience using Dell Boomi, Celigo, or MuleSoft
- Technical skills in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 are a plus
