Job Description
Implementation Manager leading digital banking and product implementation projects for financial institutions. Ensuring successful client launches and collaborating across teams at fintech startup.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Bankjoy digital banking and related products
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful client launches
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success
- Drive client readiness by leading implementation meetings and ensuring progress against timelines
- Identify and remove roadblocks by working with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors
- Configure products to meet client requirements
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues during implementation and testing phases
- Oversee testing cycles including UAT and go-live readiness validation
- Support digital banking conversions and major platform launches
- Ensure clients complete all required setup tasks and testing before go-live
- Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders throughout the implementation process
- Assist with post-launch stabilization and issue resolution
- Document implementation best practices and continuously improve implementation processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, or project management experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong understanding of banking systems and digital banking implementations
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to drive projects forward and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills to identify configuration or integration issues
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Ability to translate technical issues into clear action items for clients and internal teams
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability in fast-moving environments
