Job Description
Network Engineer managing CID network infrastructure for IDEMIA, a leader in biometric-based solutions. Troubleshooting outages and ensuring service reliability for customer programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & support CID network infrastructure
- Ensure reliable service for CID teams & customer programs
- Troubleshoot and remediate service outages & degradation
- Ensure consistent network policies and rules across environment
- Provide hands-on support of data center network equipment
- Support all network team projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with team members and department leadership to modernize and update infrastructure as needed
- Document network environment and participate in change management as required
Requirements:
- BA Degree preferred
- 8-10 years of experience as a network engineer
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Must be a sole US citizen without dual citizenship.
- Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.
