Job Description

Network and voice enablement engineer supporting Allbridge’s property technology solutions. Building training, certifications, escalation frameworks, and brand standards across hospitality and multifamily products.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical escalation point for Support, Installation, and PM teams on network and voice questions
  • Track escalation volume and root causes by product line to identify recurring knowledge gaps
  • Conduct baseline skills assessments within the first 90 days and recurring assessments thereafter
  • Design and deliver training curricula for high-frequency and high-impact skill gaps
  • Own new-hire onboarding curriculum for network and voice technical content
  • Maintain the network and voice technical knowledge base in SharePoint
  • Identify and manage vendor- or brand-specific certification paths
  • Define and maintain a RACI for technical escalations
  • Reduce technical escalations requiring Engineering or Product involvement
  • Document technical standards for assigned corporate brand partners across network, voice, video, and property technology product lines
  • Maintain a current, organized source of truth for brand standards in SharePoint
  • Communicate standards changes to impacted internal teams
  • Coordinate with engineers and teams responsible for other brand standards
  • Manage recurring cadence meetings with assigned corporate brand partners
  • Coordinate relevant internal attendance at cadence meetings
  • Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and standards changes
  • Incorporate meeting outcomes into brand standards documentation
  • Maintain the meeting calendar and track action items to closure

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years (5+) of experience in network and voice technologies
  • Exposure to both technical support or installation and training or enablement functions
  • Working knowledge of network technologies: Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, and Nomadix
  • Working knowledge of hosted voice or UCaaS platforms: BluIP, EvolveIP, Mitel, SIP, and PBX
  • Experience designing training curriculum and onboarding programs
  • Experience managing vendor-led or internally built certification programs
  • Experience maintaining technical documentation in SharePoint or a similar knowledge management platform
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings with internal teams and external partners
  • Flexibility for some travel
  • Ability to perform the listed physical functions, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
  • Travel up to 10%
