Job Description
Onboarding Specialist guiding customers through the iwave and engage platforms onboarding process. Ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing user engagement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate the onboarding process for new customers
- Work directly with customers to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
- Deliver training sessions and create documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs
- Monitor user adoption and identify churn risks
- Provide feedback on onboarding processes
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation or customer service, in a SaaS environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technical products
- Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset
- Ability to work closely with internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
