Job Description

Onboarding Specialist guiding customers through the iwave and engage platforms onboarding process. Ensuring smooth transitions and maximizing user engagement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and facilitate the onboarding process for new customers
  • Work directly with customers to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Deliver training sessions and create documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs
  • Monitor user adoption and identify churn risks
  • Provide feedback on onboarding processes

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation or customer service, in a SaaS environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with technical products
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and processes
