Job Description
Online Marketing Manager growing NAIRON’s AI voice communication solutions through digital campaigns, content, and lead generation. Managing automation, CRM, and sales collaboration from Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns
- Build and grow social media channels, especially LinkedIn
- Create and optimize content such as posts, blog articles, and case studies
- Contribute to content strategy and brand positioning
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including KPIs and conversion rates
- Support paid campaigns such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Work with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot or comparable platforms
- Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows
- Create and manage email campaigns and lead nurturing processes
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead qualification
- Support the creation of sales enablement materials
- Work closely with sales and product development teams
- Contribute to the growth of NAIRON
Requirements:
- Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field
- Initial experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and content creation
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
- Interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation
- German: business-fluent / native level
- English: very good written and spoken skills
- Nice to have: Experience in B2B marketing
- Nice to have: Knowledge of performance marketing
- Nice to have: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Candidates must be located in Greece
