Job Description
Oracle Apps Technical Consultant designing, customizing, and supporting Oracle EBS R12 solutions at First Advantage, a workplace risk management company. Developing PL/SQL, integrations, workflows, and performance-tuned applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 components
- Develop and modify Rice Components
- Create and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers
- Develop and customize Forms, OAF pages, and ADF components as applicable
- Customize and troubleshoot workflows using Workflow Builder
- Design and develop interfaces between Oracle EBS and third-party/external systems
- Perform data migration and conversion using SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle standard tools
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and reconciliation issues
- Provide production support, including issue analysis, bug fixes, and performance tuning
- Analyze and resolve concurrent program failures, performance issues, and database-related errors
- Monitor and tune SQL queries and PL/SQL programs for optimal performance
- Work closely with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance with Oracle standards
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite R12
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Reports
- Hands-on experience with BI Publisher, including XML and RTF templates
- Experience with interfaces and APIs
- Experience with concurrent programs
- Good understanding of Oracle EBS architecture
- Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting
- Knowledge of Oracle database objects and performance tuning
