Job Description
Remote Treatment Coordinator guiding patients through orthodontic consultations, treatment plans, and financing. Diamond Braces delivers affordable orthodontic care with a patient-focused experience.
Responsibilities:
- Educate patients on the long-term benefits of orthodontic care
- Clearly explain treatment plans in simple, confident language
- Present financial options and insurance information professionally
- Support patients in making informed decisions
- Maintain organized scheduling and smooth patient flow
- Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical staff
- Uphold a clean, professional, patient-centered environment

- Ability to work evenings and some Saturdays
