Job Description
Outbound Sales Agent for Schleswiger Versicherungsverein focusing on scheduling appointments through B2C calls. Collaborating closely with sales managers and customer advisors in a flexible remote workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on scheduling appointments by phone
- Making outbound calls to B2C customers
- Scheduling appointments for consultations with customer advisors
- Collaborating with customer advisors and sales managers
- Flexible daily scheduling for customer contact
Requirements:
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Persuasive communication skills and the ability to engage customers
- Empathy and a good understanding of customer needs
- Experience in telesales/outbound or sales
- Experience using a CRM system
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent German language skills
