Outbound Sales Agent for Schleswiger Versicherungsverein focusing on scheduling appointments through B2C calls. Collaborating closely with sales managers and customer advisors in a flexible remote workspace.

Responsibilities:

  • Flexible daily scheduling for customer contact

Requirements:

  • Comfortable and confident on the phone
  • Persuasive communication skills and the ability to engage customers
  • Empathy and a good understanding of customer needs
  • Experience in telesales/outbound or sales
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent German language skills
