Job Description
Therapist position providing virtual outpatient therapy at Iris Telehealth for California residents. Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license required and full-time availability during PST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarily adults 18+, with some all-ages care)
- Treat a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and schizophrenia
- Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources
Requirements:
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California (required)
- Must reside in California
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred
