Job Description

Paid Search Specialist managing PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising platforms for socially conscious brands. Passion for digital advertising and data-driven results essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across Google and Microsoft Advertising platforms—including Shopping, Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute tailored advertising strategies based on client goals and performance data.
  • Conduct keyword research and build high-impact keyword lists for campaign planning.
  • Write engaging ad copy and structure effective ad groups that drive clicks and conversions.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign bids and budgets for performance optimization.
  • Execute A/B testing for ad creatives and strategies to continually improve ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports analyzing campaign performance and trends.
  • Complete tasks related to campaign setup, management, and performance troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align on goals, timelines, and feedback.
  • Maintain attention to detail and excellence across multiple ongoing campaigns and clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google and Microsoft (Bing) PPC campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage Shopping, Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Google Advertising Certified.
  • 5 years of experience working in a business environment with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Deep experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
  • Strong background in audience segmentation, messaging strategies, flighting, and budgeting.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven interest in data-driven problem-solving (Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Economics degree or relevant experience).
  • Excellent time management skills, able to manage multiple direct reports, clients, and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both internal collaboration and client-facing updates.
